Checking, updating and enriching

Data of high quality is complete, correct, up-to-date and unique. To ensure your data is up-to-date and complete, reference data is required. Reference data integration is done for several reasons:

  • Add records to complete the coverage of the customer data set by matching to a relevant data universe (e.g. add prospect data).
  • Add fields to complete records that have missing information (e.g. add phone numbers)
  • Check validity of the entered data against a reference source (e.g. check Company Registration No.)
  • Update customer information (move, job change, decease)
  • Get additional status information (e.g. credit rating)
