Europe Assistance Netherlands, member of the Europ Assistance Holding, specializes in high quality services such as road side assistance, travel aid and medical aid for their customers.

Poor data quality leads to .€400 million extra costs in the Netherlands annually

The results of the recent survey, commissioned by Human Inference and Cendris and carried out by Ed Peelen, professor of direct marketing at Nyenrode Business University, were astonishing.

Direct costs, due to defective relationship data, amounted to €400 million for companies in the Netherlands annually. If indirect costs, such as poor maintanance of the prospect data, were taken into account, this figure would in fact be many times higher. Click here to read the press release.


Financial Services customers choose Human Inference approach for terrorist matching

Within their respective Customer Due Dilligence-projects, Friesland Bank and Interpolis have decided to implement the Human Inference matching solution for matching their relationship data against the EU freezelist in order to identify potential terrorists. This solution guarantees the best results regarding 'false positives' (a false match against the freezelist) and 'false negatives' (not identifying a terrorist).
