20th Anniversary Conference Customer Centricity almost booked up

More than 200 people have already registered for the Customer Centricity Conference, which will be opened with a keynote by Aaron Zornes, founder and Chief Research Officer of the CDI Institute.

The conference on November 7 in Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam, will focus on "customer centricity". You will gain insight in contemporary issues such as Customer Data Integration (CDI) and Master Data Management (MDM); the building blocks for a customer-centric approach. Web seminar .– the business impact of CDD

What is the impact of compliance and customer due diligence within an organization and how will this be translated into the business context?

Human Inference, in cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), organizes a web seminar on this important topic.

Gerard Struijf, Senior Manager CRM at PwC, will explain the impact of compliance within PwC. Customer intimacy, client identification, independency checks and other compliance issues will be explained to gain insight in the application of the business context within PwC.

The next speaker, Holger Wandt, Principal Advisor for Human Inference, will elaborate on the data quality aspects of customer due diligence. The execution of the data quality strategy in the CDD context will be explained through the example of matching against suspect-lists.

Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) increases safety in stadiums

The Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) is the biggest sports association in the Netherlands.

Among its many tasks, the KNVB has major responsibility for professional football matches. Not only at organizational level, but particularly with regard to safety in and around the stadiums .– a much debated theme in many political committees.
