Suggestion Name
As an addition to the validation of surnames, Human Inference is now offering Suggestion Name. With this bespoke solution it is possible to generate suggestions for a detected unknown family name, beyond the limitations of similar spelling or sound. These suggested family names are based on a probability calculation within the country-specific Human Inference family name corpora. The probability of the alternatives is expressed through a similarity score (resulting from advanced fuzzy logic techniques while taking sound and spelling of a particular name into account).
This functionality can increase the input speed of a call centre solution, for example, whilst actively supporting the quality of the entered details.
